Lazarists' monastery
Most probably the present Lazarists’ Monastery stands on the site of the former hermits’ residence and curate's house.
The first Lazarists arrived to Mirenski Grad in 1913. During World War I the building was demolished. At the end of the war it was restored, only to be burned down in World War II. After the Allied Military Government had renovated it, the house was extended three times, most recently in 1995. A part of the attic was turned into a chapel for guests of the Gnidovec House.
